RSVP per event
Guests answer separately for the mehendi, the sangeet, the ceremony and the reception, yes, no or maybe for each, so your headcounts are per function, not one number for the whole wedding.
Plus-ones and meal preferences
Each guest says how many seats they need and picks a meal preference, with a notes field for allergies or “Jain, no onion-garlic”. A message box lets them send you a line of love or an apology.
One guest list, families included
Add guests one at a time or as a household with a party size. Set who is invited to which events, and record a guest’s hotel or stay so it appears on their personal RSVP page.
Live dashboard
The RSVPs tab shows who has answered and who has not, with counts of coming, not coming and maybe for every event, and the guest’s meal notes and message beside their name.
CSV export
Download the full RSVP rollup as a CSV that opens in Excel or Google Sheets, guest, event, response, plus-ones, meal preference, notes, ready for caterers, the venue and seating plans.
Guests can change their mind
Plans change. A guest reopens their link, updates the answer and the dashboard updates with it: no need to message you or resend anything.

How RSVPs work on Shaadify

Add your events (mehendi, haldi, sangeet, ceremony, reception or custom) with dates, times and venues.

Build your guest list in the Guests tab: individuals or families, with party sizes and which events each is invited to.

Send each guest their personalised invite link on WhatsApp (or copy it and share it any way you like).

Questions about rsvp & guest list
Can guests RSVP to some events and decline others?
Yes. Each event has its own yes/no/maybe on the guest’s RSVP form, so a cousin can say yes to the reception and no to the haldi in one go.
How do I get the headcount for the caterer?
Open the RSVPs tab for live per-event counts, or click Export to download a CSV with every guest’s response, plus-ones and meal preference, and share that with your caterer or venue.
Can I record where each guest is staying?
Yes. Add the hotel or stay name and address against the guest in your dashboard and it appears on their personal RSVP page, so they always have the details to hand.
What if a guest loses their link?
Reopen the guest in your Guests tab and send the invite again: the link is the same one, and any answer they already gave is kept.
