Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines how you can cancel or seek a refund for a service that you have purchased through the Platform, operated by SLANTAXIOM PRIVATE LIMITED. Shaadify is a digital service — we provide wedding websites, invitations and RSVP tools, and do not sell or ship any physical goods. Under this policy:
1. Cancellations
Cancellations will only be considered if the request is made within 1 day of placing the order for a paid Service. As the Services are delivered digitally and made available to you immediately, cancellation requests may not be entertained once the Service has been activated and substantially used (for example, where a paid site has been published or paid features have been consumed).
2. Nature of the Service
Because Shaadify provides digital services rather than physical products, clauses relating to perishable goods, shipping or delivery do not apply. Your access to a paid Service begins as soon as your payment is confirmed.
3. Service issues
In case the paid Service does not function as described, or you are charged in error, please report it to our customer-support team within 1 day of the purchase or of the issue arising. The request will be examined once we have verified the matter at our end. If you feel that the Service received is not as described on the site or as per your reasonable expectations, you must bring it to the notice of our customer-support team within 1 day of purchase. Our team, after looking into your complaint, will take an appropriate decision.
4. Third-party services
In case of complaints regarding any third-party service integrated with the Platform (for example, payment gateways or messaging providers), and which carry a separate warranty or terms from their respective providers, please refer the issue to them in the first instance.
5. Refund processing time
In case of any refunds approved by SLANTAXIOM PRIVATE LIMITED, it will take approximately 7 days for the refund to be processed to you, to the original method of payment.
